For 15 years, I built things for other people.

I led/ supported the build-out of Amtrak's 24/7 Transportation Operations Center UOC. I managed vendor insourcing and outsourcing transitions at Fannie Mae that generated over $16 million in cost reductions. I guided M&A integration cycles at JPMorgan Chase involving hundreds of millions in portfolio value. I showed up, delivered, and moved on to the next complex problem.

At some point I realized I'd spent over a decade creating measurable outcomes for large institutions and I wanted to do that work on my own terms, for organizations that genuinely needed it.

That's why I founded S&H Global Solutions.

Mid-market B2B organizations face the same operational complexity as Fortune 500 companies, broken execution between teams, compounding inefficiencies, growth that outpaces operations, but they rarely have access to the senior leadership required to fix it.
