Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing or using the website at sandhglobalsolutions.com (the “Site”) and/or engaging S&H Global Solutions (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Company”) for consulting services, you (“you,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access the Site or use our services.

Definitions

• Services: Business consulting, optimization, IT strategy, financial improvement, and other services offered by the Company. S&H Global Solutions
   
• Content: All text, graphics, images, information, software, and other materials on the Site or provided through Services.

Services Engagement

Payments & Fees

Pricing: Fees for Services are set in proposals, contracts, or quotes. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in accordance with the schedule agreed upon. 

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the Services. 

Late Payments: Late fees or interest on overdue amounts may apply at the Company’s discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Content and intellectual property on the Site and in deliverables (excluding your confidential data) remain the Company’s property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without prior written consent. 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or non-public information learned during a consulting engagement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or already known. 

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services. Total liability will not exceed amounts paid by you for the Services in question.

Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Opinions expressed via services do not constitute professional guarantees or legal advice. 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where S&H Global Solutions is registered (you should insert your governing state). Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or through the courts of that state, as agreed in writing. 

Modifications of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at our discretion, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You remain responsible for all fees incurred up to termination.
